What is the difference between heaven and hell?

The fine line that splits spirit and soul.

On earth the line is drawn.

Like a veil or curtain it can punctured at any time.

Hell,

Can be found in the friction of similar ideas and where they meet.

When belief and truth is not balanced,

When perception and reality do not see eye to eye,

When love becomes the prison bars of obsession,

When hope turns into ironclad chains of oppression.

Heaven is more elusive then hell, but if want to find heaven you have go through hell first.

Heaven can be only found in the straight and narrow.

The older realize finding straight and narrow is like finding gray lines on white background.

Only a few make it there…

I saw heaven once…

I saw it in my wife’s eye when she looked at me.

But she saw the hell in my heart,

Could not love that way anymore,

Could not bear the burden of my emptiness,

Lost her self in my misery,

Found the monster that layed inside of me,

Could tolerate anyone else’s happiness….

What do a poor wretch like me to do?,

For me to be happy,

It has to be at cost of hers…

Misery, alone, I will find my home…
